These really work, like all MNML laundry products. Takes the musky/stale smell from your towels in particular. Love the whole product range & will be re-ordering.
The scent is divine
I use this with the capsules and it smells so fresh and comforting ! It don’t like chamomile tea at all and thought I wouldn’t like this , but I actually love it !

This helps me to sleep more then some of my sleeping medication I take daily. It calms me right down so I can relax, take a deep breath and fall asleep easily. AuDHD makes it hard to sleep! This helps!
