Mobile Terms of Service

The MNML Life Pty Ltd mobile message service (the "Service") is operated by MNML Life Pty Ltd (“MNML Life Pty Ltd”, “we”, or “us”). Your use of the Service constitutes your agreement to these terms and conditions (“Mobile Terms”). We may modify or cancel the Service or any of its features without notice. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we may also modify these Mobile Terms at any time and your continued use of the Service following the effective date of any such changes shall constitute your acceptance of such changes.

By consenting to MNML Life Pty Ltd’s SMS/text messaging service, you agree to receive recurring SMS/text messages from and on behalf of MNML Life Pty Ltd through your wireless provider to the mobile number you provided, even if your mobile number is registered on any state or federal Do Not Call list. Text messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system or other technology. Promotional messages may include promotions, specials, and other marketing offers (e.g., cart reminders).

You understand that you do not have to sign up for this program in order to make any purchases, and your consent is not a condition of any purchase with MNML Life Pty Ltd. Your participation in this program is completely voluntary.

We do not charge for the Service, but you are responsible for all charges and fees associated with text messaging imposed by your wireless provider. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Check your mobile plan and contact your wireless provider for details. You are solely responsible for all charges related to SMS/text messages, including charges from your wireless provider.

You may opt-out of the Service at any time. Text the single keyword command STOP to MNMLLaundry or click the unsubscribe link (where available) in any text message to cancel. You'll receive a one-time opt-out confirmation text message. No further messages will be sent to your mobile device, unless initiated by you. If you have subscribed to other MNML Life Pty Ltd mobile message programs and wish to cancel, except where applicable law requires otherwise, you will need to opt out separately from those programs by following the instructions provided in their respective mobile terms.

We may change any short code or telephone number we use to operate the Service at any time and will notify you of these changes. The wireless carriers supported by the Service are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. You agree to provide us with a valid mobile number. If you get a new mobile number, you will need to sign up for the program with your new number.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree that we will not be liable for failed, delayed, or misdirected delivery of any information sent through the Service, any errors in such information, and/or any action you may or may not take in reliance on the information or Service.

MNML “Ultimate MNML Pack” Competition – Terms & Conditions

1. Promoter

This competition is conducted by MNML Life Pty Ltd (“MNML”, “Promoter”, “we”, “our”).

2. Eligibility

2.1. The competition is open to legal residents of Australia aged 18 years or older at the time of entry.

2.2. Employees, contractors, directors, officers, and immediate family members of MNML Life Pty Ltd and its affiliated companies are not eligible to enter.

3. Competition Period

3.1. The competition commences at 7:00pm AEST on Friday 15 May 2026 and closes at 11:59pm AEST on Sunday 31 May 2026 (“Competition Period”).

3.2. Orders placed outside the Competition Period will not be eligible.

4. How to Enter

4.1. To enter, participants must place an order of $60 AUD or more on the MNML website during the Competition Period.

4.2. Eligible orders will automatically receive one (1) entry into the draw.

4.3. Multiple entries are permitted. Each qualifying order over $60 AUD will receive one (1) entry.

4.4. Cancelled orders, refunded orders, fraudulent transactions, or orders that do not meet the minimum spend requirement will be deemed invalid.

5. Prize

5.1. One (1) winner will receive the “Ultimate MNML Pack”, consisting of MNML products selected by the Promoter with a total retail value of over $400 AUD.

5.2. The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash or credit.

5.3. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute any item within the prize pack with another product of equal or greater value if required.

6. Winner Selection and Notification

6.1. The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries within 7 days of the competition closing date.

6.2. The winner will be contacted via the email address or phone number associated with their order.

6.3. If the selected winner does not respond within 7 days of notification, the Promoter reserves the right to select a new winner.

6.4. The winner’s first name and/or social media handle may be published on MNML’s website, email communications, or social media channels.

7. Shipping

7.1. The prize includes standard shipping to one Australian address only.

7.2. MNML is not responsible for any lost, delayed, or damaged shipments once dispatched.

8. Privacy

8.1. Personal information collected in connection with this competition will be used for the purpose of administering the competition and in accordance with MNML’s Privacy Policy.

8.2. By entering the competition, participants consent to MNML contacting them regarding the competition and related promotional activity.

9. Liability

9.1. To the maximum extent permitted by law, MNML Life Pty Ltd excludes all liability for any loss, damage, injury, or disappointment suffered in connection with the competition or acceptance/use of the prize.

9.2. MNML Life Pty Ltd is not responsible for technical issues, payment failures, website interruptions, or any other issues that may affect entry into the competition.

10. General Conditions

10.1. MNML Life Pty Ltd reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify any participant who tampers with the entry process or breaches these Terms & Conditions.

10.2. MNML Life Pty Ltd reserves the right to cancel, modify, suspend, or terminate the competition at any time without prior notice where reasonably necessary.

10.3. The Promoter’s decision in relation to any aspect of the competition is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

11. Governing Law

11.1. These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria.
